Assistant Vineyard Manager Required for Small Ultra-premium Estate Vineyard/Winery in Northern Virginia. Work with and learn from two world renowned industry consultants at one of Northern Virginia’s top Premium Wine Producers!
Requirements: Familiarity with vineyard/farm work, attention to detail and a passion for quality. Mechanical proficiency and ability to operate vineyard equipment. Must enjoy working outdoors in all conditions. Excellent written and verbal skills in English required. Spanish language skills desired. Ability to follow directions, work well individually, work as part of a team and manage crews as needed. Work flexible hours during key times of the year.
Salary based on experience, housing may be negotiated as part of salary.
